Conservatory Outlet manufactures the Synseal Synerjy uPVC system from a 12,000 sq.ft. factory in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

We have invested heavily in state of the art machinery over the past few years.  The main investment has been in a Haffner cutting and prepping centre, which feeds the factory with a constant stream of fully prepped frame sections.  The Haffner is networked to our office to create the ultimate efficiency.  We have also invested in a Haffner sash line which has a quad welder and automatic CNC corner cleaner and turning table.  We have a number of welding machines, and 2 further CNC corner cleaners, including a Rotox.

We also have a highly skilled and loyal workforce of pvcu window fabricators, which ensure we achieve a very high quality level.  Many of our fabricators have been with the company for many years and have been trained to only produce a prime quality product.

  All products are manufactured to Synseal profile specifications, with high grade steel reinforcement used where required.  All frames are internally glazed for extra security and fully welded frames.  We offer a 5 day turnaround on standard white upvc windows, 7 days on foiled frames (rosewood, light oak and mahogany) and 10 days on conservatories.  We offer a wide range of hardware options for windows and doors.  We also manufacture uPVC sliding patio doors and tilt and turn windows.

We currently manufacture approximately 600 frames per week, but have the capacity to manufacture up to 800 frames per week with the current staff level.  The factory is managed by Mick Giscombe who is Head of Production.  Mick ensures the factory runs to it's most efficient level, and all orders are delivered out complete and on time.

We also have a separate 12,000 sq.ft sealed unit manufacturing plant in Huddersfield, which manufactures all our glass requirement, and supplies our dealers if required.

Our frames are delivered to a network of customers in West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Derbyshire, West Midlands and Gwent.
