This video is the first of a series of videos
which will explain how Conservatory Outlet manufactures uPVC double glazed
windows.
Mick Giscombe, Head of Production, at the factory in Wakefield, West
Yorkshire, explains how Synseal profile is delivered in bar length and then fed
onto the Haffner cutting and prepping centre. He also explains how the cut
sections are then reinforeced with steel before they are welded into frames.
The sound quality is not ideal, as this is a busy factory with background
machinery noise. We are currently reshooting the How To Make Windows video
so that we can get a better sound quality, so please call back soon.
