Between Conservatory Outlet, Conservatory Outlet Glass and West Yorkshire Windows there's a team of 120 staff involved in sales, administration, manufacture and installation of uPVC windows, doors and conservatories.

Within Conservatory Outlet there's a number of valued staff.  Here is just a few of the key personnel.

Matthew Glover is the Managing Director of Conservatory Outlet, a business he runs alongside his brother Andrew Glover.  Matthew concentrates on the trade side of the business (Conservatory Outlet Ltd), while Andrew concentrates on the retail side of the business (West Yorkshire Windows Ltd).  The two brothers are supported by a strong management team, with key experience in their chosen area of expertise.

Mick Giscombe is the Head of Production of Conservatory Outlet, and is in overall charge of the day to day running of the factory.  Mick is dedicated to ensuring that the factory runs as efficiently as possible and all frames are made on time and in full.  Mick is a keen advocate for quality, and ensures that no products reach quality control in a substandard manner.

Dean Whitworth is a long standard member of the management team and supports Mick in the factory whilst also overseeing the deliveries.  As Transport Manager he ensures that unglazed frames, or complete conservatories are delivered to the network of dealers in the most efficient manner.

Darren Pollard is the Office Manager at Conservatory Outlet.  Darren runs the order processing team, and ensures that Conservatory and window orders are received, inputted and checked prior to sending out for manufacture.  Darren has a strong conservatory roof experience, and is skilled at dealing with complex conservatory roof orders.

Dave Cheatham is the Business Development Manager.  Dave concentrates on looking for new business opportunities, whilst supporting and developing existing customers.  He is keen to ensure all trade customers are kept informed of new product developments, and is focussed upon helping the Conservatory Outlet dealers expand their businesses.
