Global Composite Doors - finally we have a composite door worth selling in Yorkshire and the rest of the UK!

Conservatory outlet and west Yorkshire Windows recently visited Synseal to take a sneak peak at the Global composite door.  The official launch date was the November 1st, 2007, but the first few orders have been tested on the new production line, and my first impression of the product is... wow

The problem has always been, as the owner of a double glazing company, that generally uPVC composite doors are too expensive for us to buy - hence, by the time we put a mark up on them then they're out of most customer's price range.

Secondly, most composite door manufacturers offer work around times in excess of 15 working days - which is simply too long.

People in the industry are predicting Global composite doors are going to revolutionise the marketplace in the same way they challenged Ultraframe's dominance in the conservatory roof market.

Synseal are stating a 3 day lead time on standard composite doors, and 7 days on special orders.  They're also selling them to existing Synseal customers at highly competitive prices, so I believe we will be able to sell them out at very similar rates to normal uPVC doors.
